Corrigenda C-R(64)21, Item VI All the delegations concerned have now confirmed their acceptance of the resolution set out in paragraph 3 of the Cover Note to C-M(64)39 and their agreement to the procedures for signature and ratification set out in paragraphs 4 and 3 of that Cover Note. 21 In these circumstances, and in accordance with the decision recorded in paragraph 46 (3) of C-R(64)21, the Agreement will be open for signature as from 1000 hours on Thursday, 18th June, 1964. Arrangements for signing the document should be made with M, Guillaume, Legal Adviser (Room A.433 - Ext. 2106). Photocopies of the original ^** may, if desired, be obtained from him. 3. In doing so, it v/e loomed the initiative of the United States Government in proposing this Agreement, and' recommend'Sd tto member; Governments that they take action in accordance with their own national requirements with a view to the conclusion of the Agreement. (Thereafter would follow the text of the Agreement itself as contained in document C-M(64)39, but not its Annexes.)
