Bryce has suggested that it may be desirable for us to hold a farther meeting shortly in order to arrive at an agreed version of the paper to go forsmrd to Ministers in the second week of June. As Hr» Bryce will he acay from the office for a week or 10 days, a mooting may have to be hold in his absence.
