The stories that appeared in the United States press last week suggested that Prime Minister Menderes would make a statement on his return to Turkey. The Prime Minister arrived in Istanbul some days ago and in Ankara yesterday. I imagine that if he makes any statement he will make it in the Grand National Assembly which convenes on November 2. - Internal Circulation 2.
