IT I S ENVISAGED THAT, UPON RECEIPT OF THE GENERAL, CLEARANCE OF THE CANADIAN GOVT FOR THE PROPOSED DEPLOYMENT PROGRAMME, SUBSEQUENT NOTIFICATION OF AIRCRAFT MOVEMENTS WOULD BE MADE BY FILING OF FLIGHT PLANS 4 8 HOURS IN ADVANCE, AS SPECIFIED IN PROCEDURE "Y" OF SCHEDULE B TO ORDER-IN-COUNCIL (PC 2 3 0 7 ) DATED 1 7 APR 1 9 5 2 .
