The NATO Inter-Allied Huclear Force
Enclosed for your coiaments is a draft paper
on the HATO Inter-Allied Huclear Force which has been
prepared for the use of the Prime Minister in London
early next week. You will recall that we agreed
yesterday that this Department vrould writ© this paper
and that your Department would prepare a similar paper
on the multilateral force. Both papers can then be
brought up-to-date for the use of the Prime kinister
at his meeting with President Kennedy on May 11th*
