ROB:afez^ Re: Interim Procedure fur Employment of RCAF CF101B/AIR2A Weapons System Until the intergovernmental agreement for the employment of this Weapons System has been signed, it has been necessary to issue interim instructions for authority for Canadian use which is exercised by the Prime Minister or someone delegated by him. The Prime Minister has agreed to the arrangement proposed by the Minister of National Defence, including the delegation of authority to the Acting Prime Minister from time to time in the absence of the Prime Minister. The question arises as to the furnishing of copies of the VInterim Procedure" to Mr. Martin and to senior ministers who might be Acting Prime Minister.
