MEMORANDUM TO MINISTERS;

Nuclear Warheads for Canadian Forces
At the request of the Secretary of State for
External Affairs, I attach a document setting out, for
comparison, the original draft agreement on nuclear
warheads approved by the Cabinet on May 9th, 1963, and
the text of the re-draft agreed upon during negotiations
with the U„S„ representatives.

This will supplement

Cabinet Document 157/63- which was circulated before the
meeting of Cabinet on July l8th, 1963«
