HOWEVER, INSOFAR AS CONTROL OVER THE USE OF SUCH WEAPONS BY CDN FORCES I S CONCERNED, USA IS WILLING TO WORK OUT ARRANGEMENTS FOR JOINT CONTROL FULLY CONSISTENT WITH NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY.USA REMAINS PREPARED AT ANY TIME TO DISCUSS SUCH ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE GOVT OF CDA AS WE HAVE DISCUSSED THEM WITH OTHER GOVTS.TEXT ENDS.
