I note t h a t your paper points t o the n e c e s s i t y of studying the implications of the nuclear and thermonuclear t h r e a t in r e l a t i o n to the n a t i o n a l s e c u r i t y policy of Canada, and t h a t you have suggested t h a t an interdepartmental body should be e s t a b l i s h e d for t h i s purpose.
