Reference is made to your CSC 1888.9 (CJS) dated
15 Apr 64.

Attached find four copies of each of the following:
a.

A revised draft of the US/Canada/UK Technical
Arrangement Agreement incorporating the agreed
changes shown at Serials 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8
of Annex TAf to our letter of 10 Apr 64.

b.

A revised draft of Addendum I to the Multi-National
Technical Arrangement Agreement incorporating the
agreed change shown at Serial 10 to Annex 'A* of our
letter of 10 Apr 64.

c.

Annex 'A' to our letter of 10 Apr 64 which provides
a summary of all recommended changes.

3.
Serials 3 and 9 of Annex 'A' to our letter of 10 Apr 64
have not been included in the revised drafts because the changes
recommended by External Affairs were not agreed by the parties
in Europe.
