Explosives Act and Regulations
You will recall that by letter N.U}-2 dated 20 _*£• 63 the
Deputy Minister, Department of Mines &amp; Technical Surveys, was'requested
to amend the Explosives. Regulations in order that a visiting force in
Canada would be placed in the same position as Canadian Forces as far
as the handling of explosives in Canada is concerned.

I am now informed that the necessary amendments to the
Explosives Regulations have been made by Order in Council PC 1963-17^0
dated 28 Nov 63.
