For Air Vice Marshal Hendrick
24 February 1961

Dear h
Further to our recent conversation,
I am enclosing a copy of the draft proposed
agreement for the provision of nuclear warheads
for Canadian forces. It would be appreciated if
you would pass along your views concerning the
acceptability to the U.S. side. However, I am
afraid you will have to base your views on those
U.S* attitudes of which you are already aware,
as the CCOS does not wish U.S.A. authorities to
be approached on this matter through this channel
at the present time.
Please give me a call if you wish any
further information on this point.
Yours sincerely

(R. C. Weston)
Air Commodore,
