The Committee considered an atomic vulnerability study for the cities.of London, Windsor and Quebec which had been referred to the JPC for commento . -.jt:. 15« The Committee agreed that this was a most useful study, but considered that the report on Windsor might be more valuable if the study had taken into account consideration of its effect in relation to the proximity of Detroit. The Committee further considered that when studies are made of other major cities in Canada, the aspect of the particular target under study and its relation to other major oities or installations adjacent to these cities be taken into consideration. l6o?
