I have been asked to point out that access to the report |

At its 24th meeting on 9 Sep 52 the Vice Chiefs
of Staff Committee considered the attached report and
agreed with the recommendation of the Atomic Vulnerability
Study Panel that the report on Ottawa and all future reports as they become available be referred to the JPC
and JIC for. comment. In addition, J.PC and JIC were
author! aed to submit their comments on the reports
direct to the Atomic Vulnerability Panel.
This paper will be considered at the next JPC
