MacKay/elb January 2h, 1950 Top Secret Report to JIC, January 25 — C L Revision of ABCI 15. Part 2 Vulnerability Study A meeting was held in the office of the CAS on January 23 > at 1^+30 hours. Present: A/V/M Plant Dr. Solandt Mr. MacKay 1. The Chief of the Air Staff announced that A/V/M Plant had been appointed as co-ordinator of the Study. 2. It was agreed that a Panel, representing the following departments and committees, should be established to supervise the S^iidy and facilitate collection of relevant data: Joint Intelligence Committee Defence Research Board Interdepartmental Committee on Vital Points Civil Defence Co-ordinator Trade and Commerce Transport J.I.B. 3. It was agreed that A/V/M Plant should get in touch as soon as possible the United States organization co-ordinating their vulnerability studies, in order to have the Canadian Study conducted along parallel lines as far as appropriate.
