I am not very sure about the details, but I gather than some years ago, when we were there the first time, there existed a system whereby, under suitable safeguards, information obtained by our people on the ground was passed to JIB(LOHCLCJI). Such a system does not appear to have been instituted sincere returned to the ground, at least as far as JIB London is concerned.
